Warranty

Timepiece Trader, LLC. sells both new and pre-owned watches.  In the case of both new and pre-owned timepieces, no warranty is expressed or implied and all watches are sold as-is.  In the event that there is a problem with a watch stemming from malfunction or if there is an immediate issue with the purchase on delivery, Timepiece Trader, LLC. will evaluate each issue on a case-by-case basis to decide if a return and/or repair will be issued.

Timepiece Trader, LLC. must be notified by either phone – (561) 247-0078 or 1-800 -438-9095 or via email to sales@timepiecetrader.com within 48 hours of receiving the watch with an explanation of the issue.

Any and all returns are the sole responsibility of the buyer; the buyer is responsible to cover the cost of all returns with overnight delivery via a fully traceable source with a tracking number. All packages must be fully insured against loss/damage/theft for the full purchase price of the item.  Items lost in shipping are not the responsibility of Timepiece Trader, LLC.

Items returned must be in the exact same condition in which they were received, including but not limited to: watches must not be tampered with, straps must not be cut or sized. Items must be returned with the same accompanying items with which they were received including but not limited to: boxes, paperwork, straps.

Any timepieces returned to the manufacturer by Timepiece Trader, LLC OR by the client for warranty work or out-of warranty repair is solely the responsibility of the buyer.

All international sales are FINAL and international clients are fully responsible for their respective country’s import duties, rules and regulations.

Timepiece Trader, LLC. is not an authorized dealer or distributor for any of the brands that we sell; nor are we affiliated in any way with Swatch Group, Panerai, Rolex, Cartier, Richemont Companies or V.L.G.

All watches, likeness, and logos are trademarks or registered trademarks of Rolex SA, and Richemont SA, etc  respectively.
