Timepiece Trader, LLC. sells both brand-new and pre-owned watches. Every pre-owned watch purchased from Timepiece Trader, LLC. comes standard with a one year, in-house warranty from the date of purchase. Our in-house Master watchmaker has over 30 years of experience repairing and servicing high-end watches of all brands, and his work is simply impeccable. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, scratches, broken/damaged crystals, strap wear, damage due to accidental or physical excessive abuse or battery changes; it purely covers defects within the watch such as not keeping time, needs regulating, stops running.
As Timepiece Trader, LLC. is not an authorized dealer of any of the brands that we sell, we will match the manufacturer's two year warranty on purchases of brand-new pieces for the same above underlined examples.
In the event a watch needs to be returned for service or repair, Timepiece Trader, LLC. must be notified by phone at (561) 391-0888 and/or email (sales@timepiecetrader.com) and a return authorization RA# will be issued. Shipping AND full insurance in returning the watch to Timepiece Trader, LLC. is the responsibility of the customer. If requested, we can aid you in this process and bill you for a fully pre-paid shipping label which will be inclusive of full insurance coverage. FedEx does not cover and insure watches valued above $500, so if packaging and shipping yourself, please be sure to use UPS or USPS (US Postal Service). The customer is responsible for loss/damage of any pieces returned for repair/service. All shipments MUST be shipped using a track-able/traceable source such as USPS or UPS and must be priority overnight delivery (no ground service please). Return shipping to the customer and insurance will be paid by Timepiece Trader, LLC.
Be advised that any and all warranty is void in the event that the watch has been worked on, opened, or inspected by anyone other than Timepiece Trader LLC.'s in-house watchmaker. In some cases, the watch may need to be returned to the manufacturer -- and this in many cases can take up to 12 weeks for the watch to be returned, depending on the issue and the manufacturer's return timetable.
