BANK WIRE TRANSFERS:
Timepiece Trader, LLC. uses and encourages bank-to-bank transfer. We accept nearly all of our payments this way and it is the most secure method for both parties. Bank details will be furnished upon request once a sale is final. With the high level of sophisticated scams out there today, the origin of the wire transfer will be checked prior to shipping - if the origin is from a different name other than the person purchasing the watch, we will not be ship the watch until we verify the sender.
PAYPAL
Paypal is gladly accepted for payments up to $5000 from VERIFIED and CONFIRMED Paypal users with confirmed paypal address. We accept paypal from only the following countries - USA, Canada and the United Kingdom. All other countries must send payment via bank-to-bank wire transfer. We encourage and appreciate e-checks via paypal please.
CREDIT CARDS:
We do not accept credits directly but prefer to accept credit cards via paypal - the above rules apply. We do not accept checks of any kind, Western Union nor any other unusual form of payment. |

CONTINENTAL USA RETURN POLICY
PRE-OWNED WATCHES
We at Timepiece Trader, LLC. stand 100% behind all the merchandise we sell. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please notify us with 48 hours of receiving your watch and we will arrange for its return. A return label will be issued covered by full third party insurance for the returned item. All return costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the watch is defective in any way in which case TPT will absorb the charges.
The watch must be returned in exactly the same condition as when it was purchased and shipped. Unworn, un-tampered with, un-sized, un-cut (if on certain rubber straps and bracelets - no links removed), complete with all papers, boxes, hang tags, certs, booklets, etc. and everything that was present when the watch was received. Timepiece Trader, LLC. keeps detailed pictures and information of all our actual watches shipped, so there is never any doubt as to what was included and the condition of the watch. Please make sure the watch is correctly and safely packaged the same way it was received. If any damage is incurred due to careless packaging, Timepiece Trader, LLC. will not be responsible for any damages.
Timepiece Trader, LLC. must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the watch by phone and/or email in regards to the reason for the return and a return authorization # will be issued along with the return shipping label. There are no hidden "re-stocking fees" for our pre-owned pieces as we stand behind our products and our customer's happiness is our ultimate goal. The refund will be issued in the same manner in which payment was received immediately after the watch has been inspected less applicable shipping charges.

BRAND-NEW WATCHES
Returns for brand-new pieces are subject to a case-by-case policy and in most cases we do not accept returns on brand-new watches. Brand new watches simply cannot be returned due to the fact that some watches are factory packaged, wrapped in plastic, have tags attached, etc. and by their inspection and then return, the watch now in essence becomes “pre-owned.” The return of a brand new watch will be subject to each individual sale. If the return is allowed, there will be a 10% restocking fee to cover all shipping and insurance fees.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
The return policy for international buyers is on a per watch basis. We normally DO NOT accept returns on international sales. Due to the high cost of international shipping, customs and duties fees, we cannot simply accept every return just based on logistics. We at Timepiece Trader will deal with international returns on a case by case circumstance. Please be 100% positive of your purchase prior to shipping |
